Cairo

For me, no city beats Cairo. It's dirty, noisy and very busy. Most of the city is very ugly too. But I love this city that never sleeps. The people are friendly and there's no crime. My pictures may seem a little odd with no Giza pyramids, nor pictures from other main attractions. Remember I've already seen most of Cairo's main attractions at least once.

I'm very pleased to show pictures from the Saiyidna Hussein mosque. This mosque is very important for muslims, especially for shi-ite muslims, for it contains a shrine with the head of Hussein, son of Ali. Ali is the great grandson of Prophet Mohammed. This mosque cannot be visited by non-muslims, so I do not understand why I got the opportunity to enter it without a problem. They even allowed me to visit the room containing the beautiful silver shrine with the head of Hussein. I want to thank the people who let me enter this beautiful mosque and allowed me to make pictures. I hope my pictures shown here, are not considered an abuse of their hospitality.
